Unless otherwise specified, there is
a two-night minimum (three-night minimum for ski
season weekends) or $175 premium for one night. One
night rentals are not permitted during ski season,
unless mid-week when there is ample availability
(check for pricing).

Long-term rentals are permitted
(e.g., one month during summer), so please ask.

There are no additional taxes or
cleaning fees in addition to rent.

The house will be clean and ready
for occupancy, including linen, towels, paper towels
and toilet paper.

Minimum age – 26 years or older to
rent.

Check-in time is 3 p.m. and
check-out time is 11 a.m. – by prior arrangement,
these times may be flexible when occupancy permits.
No groups (e.g., schools, churches,
fraternities/sororities etc.) permitted other than
families and friends.
